Most people start their holiday season with a little Christmas shopping, tree decorating or cookie baking. Diane Thrush and her family start their holidays steaming a big batch of homemade tamales.
Chocolate is usually used to satisfy a sweet tooth. But Grand Hyatt San Antonio pastry chef Daniel Keadle uses chocolate to create art. And he eats it, too.
