Q: What if I don't receive my newspaper?
A: You should receive your newspaper by:
Monday-Friday: 6:00 a.m.
Saturday-Sunday: 7:00 a.m.
Holidays: 7:00 a.m.
If you did not receive your newspaper, please give us the opportunity to correct our mistake. Same day replacement newspaper is available in most areas. To receive same day redelivery, please contact our customer service between:

Q: When can I talk to someone about my subscription or the payment methods available?
A: Our Customer Service Department hours are:

During these hours our automated system is available to assist you with account inquiries, service complaints or vacation holds. Q: What are my subscription payment options?
A: We have convenient payment options for our San Antonio Express-News subscribers. Our Customer Service Representatives are available to assist you with the payment option that best meets your needs. Subscription cycles are based on weeks. Renewal options are based on 4 weeks, 11 weeks, 26 weeks and 52 weeks intervals. Partial payments may not be accepted on introductory offers.

Q: What are my subscription options when I'm on vacation?
A: You have three options for your service while on vacation:
1. Donate your vacation papers to area schools through our Express-News In Education (ENIE) program.
2. Request to have your papers held and delivered to you upon your return when your service is restarted. Papers can be held for up to 14 days only.
3. Request to have your papers stopped and your account credited for the non-delivery days and restart upon your return. (Click Here)
